Tinsel Toes Christmas Shoppe is a sister-owned year-round Christmas store specializing in beautiful, handcrafted Advent & Christmas decorations. We pride ourselves in hand crafting and curating Christmas decorations that are truly unique -a refreshing alternative to the mass produced decorations that litter the supermarkets each season.

The majority of our products are locally sourced from artisans right here in South Africa, and many are made by our very own Elves. We do, on occasion, stock imported products that we think are delightful and that we haven't been able to source locally (or develop ourselves).

Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches and so slight colour and design variations may occur. We view these as part of the charm, uniqueness and delight of handcrafted products - no two products are exactly the same.

This all depends on the product but we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. We are but a small operation of Elves so please do bear with us as handcrafted products take time & care. Below are some guidelines: Stock on hand: When we have stock on hand for your order the orders will be processed, once payment is received, within 1-3 working days. Clay products: While we hold a small amount of stock of our clay products, most products are lovingly handcrafted to order. Clay products take time to craft, cure & finish - please allow 10-15 days before shipping. Stationery: We generally hold stock of our stationery products, but these products can take up to 7 working days to process if we don't have stock on hand.

We strive to bring you products of high quality but we understand there may be occasions where you want to return a product. If you're not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it to Tinsel Toes within 7 days and qualify for an online shop credit. Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash refunds at this stage. If you need to return a product, please ensure that the product is returned undamaged and in its original packaging. One day, when we're established enough, we hope to offer free returns - for now, however, courier costs for returns are for your account. Please contact orders@tinseltoes.co.za if you need to return a product.

Let's say you want to purchase products from our store over a longer period of time, while only paying once for shipping, or want to make sure you don't miss out on our limited edition products while building a bundle with us that eventually qualifies for free shipping. Then the Bundle Shipping option is for you. We'll hold on to your orders until you're ready for us to send them. When you're ready you let us know and we'll either invoice you for shipping once-off, or if you qualify for free shipping we'll go ahead and ship your goodies.

We are currently working on this option so stay tuned. For now, we only offer shipping to customers in the Republic of South Africa.

We currently offer shipping via Pudo and The Courier Guy. This enables us to offer delivery services to your door as well as to a local locker near you which provides a cheaper alternative. Local collection, from Somerset West, is also available for those who live in Cape Town. We're constantly trying to find ways to help you save on shipping so keep checking back for updates.
